I work from a model that includes providing specific skills to assist with alleviating symptoms as needed while also exploring underlying and historical factors, both conscious and unconscious, that can contribute to and maintain current patterns and distress. This is done all in the context of a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental enviornment. We will work together to come up with a treatment plan that best fits your needs and work toward accomplishing both short-term and long-term goals for a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
